Welcome to JMS FACE Photography. By accessing this website, booking a session, or utilizing our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Photography Services
JMS FACE Photography provides professional photography services including, but not limited to, maternity, newborn, milestone, family, senior, and specialty portrait sessions.
All sessions are subject to photographer availability, scheduling requirements, and applicable agreements provided during the booking process.

Booking & Session Reservations
A signed agreement and/or session retainer may be required to reserve your session date.
Due to limited availability, session dates are not guaranteed until all required booking steps have been completed.
Clients are encouraged to book well in advance, particularly for maternity and newborn sessions.

Newborn Sessions
For newborn photography, due dates are reserved on our calendar and session dates are adjusted after delivery. While every effort is made to accommodate schedule changes, availability cannot be guaranteed for last-minute bookings.
The safety and wellbeing of every child remain our highest priority during all sessions.

Payments
Session fees, product purchases, and artwork collections are subject to the pricing provided at the time of booking or ordering.
Payment plans may be available on qualifying purchases and are subject to approval and applicable payment schedules.
Failure to complete payment obligations may result in delays in product delivery or cancellation of outstanding orders.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
Clients who need to reschedule should contact the studio as soon as possible.
Session fees, retainers, and deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
JMS FACE Photography reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to illness, emergencies, weather conditions, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Image Selection & Editing
All images are artistically edited in accordance with the JMS FACE Photography style and creative vision.
Raw, unedited images are not provided.
Additional editing requests may be accommodated at the discretion of the studio and may incur additional fees.

Copyright & Usage
JMS FACE Photography retains all copyrights to photographs created during sessions.
Clients receive personal-use rights to purchased images and products unless otherwise specified in writing.
Images may not be altered, edited, sold, entered into contests, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from JMS FACE Photography.

Model Release
Unless otherwise requested in writing, JMS FACE Photography reserves the right to use photographs for portfolio display, website content, social media marketing, advertising, competitions, publications, and promotional materials.
Clients wishing to decline image usage should notify the studio in writing prior to their session.

Product Orders
Due to the custom nature of photographic artwork, albums, prints, wall art, and other products, all sales are final once production has begun.
Clients are responsible for reviewing product selections before final approval.

Website Content
All content on this website, including photographs, graphics, logos, text, and design elements, is the property of JMS FACE Photography and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
JMS FACE Photography shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, weather, venue restrictions, equipment failure, acts of nature, or other unforeseen events.
In the unlikely event that photography services cannot be fulfilled, liability shall be limited to monies paid by the client.

Changes To These Terms
JMS FACE Photography reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on this website.
