Spring or Fall Mini

Service Description

The Spring or Fall Mini Session will include the following: -----Please book between April 22 and May 9 for Spring or Oct 21 - Nov 7th for Fall, on any available time slot after 3pm and we can adjust if needed---- *A 20-30 minute time slot with the photographer and an assistant *Images outside at a location TBD closer to time, and depending on weather conditions *Can be family (immediate) or just siblings *3 social media digital file per session complimentary AND 1, 8x10 Metallic or Matte Fine Art Print *Complimentary proofing/ordering appointment. Ordering appointments will take place approx. 1 week after the session, where finished, fully edited gallery will be previewed and ordered from. All prints, products, and digital files will be selected at that time, if desired. Cost per session is $250 and you can request a time slot for extended family if you wish. *Please specify the number of children and their age in the comments when booking. *A $150 non refundable retainer will be paid now, to hold your date/time on the calendar and the balance of $100 will be due on session day. If for some reason, the mini is missed (due to illness, terrible weather, etc) you will have the opportunity to move your mini to any other mini in 2024. ***Prices of products vary depending on what you order at your Ordering Appointment but we will offer at least one special package for mini clients. Overall investment depends on what, if anything is ordered when viewing your proofing gallery.

Cancellation Policy

There is no refund on retainers. Should you need to reschedule, you can do so if notice of more than 48 hours is given. If terms are followed, the retainer can be rolled over to another session for use, within 1 year of the booking date. See contract for specific terms. A "no show" or notice less than 48 hours will forfeit your retainer and a new one must be paid to rebook a new date. See contract for terms. Your date and time is requested by booking on line, and not reserved/confirmed until your retainer is paid and your contract has been signed and submitted.
