Momma and Me Mini (April & May Only)

Service Description

The Momma & Me Session will include the following: *A 45 minute time slot with the photographer and an assistant *Gowns provided for mom and girls (boys will need to come dressed). If you would prefer casual, we ask that everyone do white OR black. *1-2 sets depending on time/cooperation of children *Images captured will include momma and all children, all children, and individuals of children, if time allows. *Headpieces provided if desired. *Hair and make up is optional and can be prebooked (well in advance) for momma and girls, if desired. *Two high resolution digital files are included with the session fee. *Complimentary proofing/ordering appointment to select additional prints/products/files if desired. Ordering appointments will take place approx. 1 week after the session, where finished, fully edited gallery will be previewed and ordered from. All prints, products, and digital files will be selected at that time, if desired. *A $50 non refundable retainer will be paid now, to hold your date/time on the calendar and the balance of $100 will be due on session day. *Please specify the number of children participating in the comments when booking. *Book any time slot that is open in April or May. ***Prices of products vary depending on what you order at your Ordering Appointment but we will offer at least one special package for mini clients. Overall investment depends on what, if anything is ordered when viewing your proofing gallery.

Cancellation Policy

There is no refund on retainers. Should you need to reschedule, you can do so if notice of more than 48 hours is given. If terms are followed, the retainer can be rolled over to another session for use, within 1 year of the booking date. See contract for specific terms. A "no show" or notice less than 48 hours will forfeit your retainer and a new one must be paid to rebook a new date. See contract for terms. Your date and time is requested by booking on line, and not reserved/confirmed until your retainer is paid and your contract has been signed and submitted.
