Service Description

Donation Day Details: Book Nov 4th ONLY from 12 noon to 7pm. *10 Minute Time Slot (we get as much as we can, in that time frame) *Set will be whites/neutrals in a fall-inspired set (will be outside unless weather doesnt permit, then will be inside) *Up to 3 children per time slot (more than 3 children will require 2 time slots booked back to back) and babies will need to be held by an older sibling unless they can sit totally unassisted. Families of 5 or less can be done in one time slot. Families of more than 5 will require 2 back to back time slots. 7 people max. *Same day proofing either in studio or via online gallery with 48 hour order time. **There is no session fee and it comes with 3 social media files up front. Additional images can be selected and ordered the same day or via the 48 hour online proofing gallery. Any unpurchased images will be deleted. DONATION Requirements: Each person having their picture made is required to donate one of the following - *Purchase a Bible from the amazon list and have it shipped to us for distribution to kids/families who need a Bible. List here: https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/12GIXR5UL35W4?ref_=wl_share *Bring in $12 CASH so that we can purchase Bibles. *If you need to pay with card, you will be asked to make a purchase from the amazon list, the same day. We will not process cards that day. *A flat $5 fee will be collected here, to hold your time slot and guarantee your slot will be held for you. **Please remember that it is one bible or $12 per person being photographed that day. **If you elect to do the online proofing gallery and you do not complete the process within the 48 hour window, we will choose your complimentary images for you and additional purchases wont be allowed. Additional discounts, rewards or unpurchased gift certificates can't be used at donation day. The $5 retainer is non refundable and non transferable. If you arrive late, at all, you will not be able to have your pictures done as time slots are very tight and dont allow for late arrival. Please cone dressed and ready for the session. Please call the studio prior to booking with questions. There will be no "make up" day as it is donation day.
