Service Description

You can book the MCHS Cross Country fundraiser here! Date options are as follows: Tuesday, October 24th from 3:30-5:45pm or Saturday, Nov 4 from 3:30-5pm. The session fee includes: *20-30 Minute Mini Session with JMS FACE Photography that can be set up for children only or for a family of up to 6 people. *The location is TBD depending on availability at the time and we will be in touch with all of those that book the week prior with an address but it will be no more than 45 minutes from Lone Oak and will more than likely be within a 20 minute drive. *The date/time options are Sept 28th from 3:30pm-5:45pm or Oct 26th from 3:30pm –5pm. Please keep in mind when booking that these dates are based on weather and we will offer backup options, should the need arise. Times are first book, first serve. *Families can go online to book and pay: *After booking, they will be contacted by the studio to finalize plans. *About 5-7 days after the session, the families will come to the studio in Lone Oak, view their images and select their items for their package. If they wish to purchase additional items, they can at that time. *The package itself is being offered at a reduced rate and includes the 20-30 minute max time slot, up to 6 people, the photographer and an assistant, professional editing of images, a complimentary ordering appointment, 1, 8x10 Print in the fine art paper of their choice, the corresponding social media file, and 2 additional social media files. ($395 value) The cost to the families participating will be only $150. *Turn around time for finished products is 3-4 weeks. Your request for the time/date you are selecting will be reviewed by the staff. You will be contacted by phone to confirm date/time and to proof and digitally sign your contract. These steps will firmly book your date/time.

Cancellation Policy

There is no refund on retainers. Should you need to reschedule, you can do so if notice of more than 48 hours is given. If terms are followed, the retainer can be rolled over to another session for use, within 1 year of the booking date. See contract for specific terms. A "no show" or notice less than 48 hours will forfeit your retainer and a new one must be paid to rebook a new date. See contract for terms. Your date and time is requested by booking on line, and not reserved/confirmed until your retainer is paid and your contract has been signed and submitted.
