Service Description

Newborn Session - Selecting this option includes your retainer & session fee plus the extensive services provided below. All prints and products are purchased at your ordering appointment, about a week after your session. Details below. If your date is not available, call: 270-556-9443 The session/creative fee covers the extensive service provided: - 1-2 hour styled session, customized to your specifications and desires with 4-6 newborn sets and 1 family set. - Professional hair & make upgrade available, with prior reservation for $80. - Complete wardrobe provided for Mom (one gown for family images) - Safety trained and certified staff for any session with children under 10 -Family is welcome to participate at no additional charge -All pre-session and post production work on your images, including professional retouching. -A complimentary Ordering Session to view your proofing images and select your prints, products, & digitals. Total investment depends on your selections at this appointment. -Video Slide Show set to music, covering the session day ______________________________ Cost requires $150 retainer will hold your session & ordering appointment time slots. $200 is due on session day. Total investment varies based on the prints/products you select at your ordering session. ​ (View price ranges on the Custom Products page) Newborn Pre Booking: Please book your due date at 9am (or the closest available Tuesday or Thursday morning). We will move the session date based on the arrival of baby, 4-10 days after birth. If you have already delivered, please call the studio. 2-3 sets, both wrapped & unwrapped (if baby is sleeping) are included as well as a small family/sibling set (if desired). All items needed for the session are provided by the studio including the mothers wardrobe.

Cancelation Policy

There is no refund on retainers. Should you need to reschedule, you can do so if notice of more than 48 hours is given. If terms are followed, the retainer can be rolled over to another session for use, within 1 year of the booking date. See contract for specific terms. A "no show" or notice less than 48 hours will forfeit your retainer and a new one must be paid to rebook a new date. See contract for terms. Your date and time is requested by booking on line, and not reserved/confirmed until your retainer is paid and your contract has been signed and submitted.
